New York High School Volleyball - Kennedy Catholic nudged by Pleasantville

(September 25, 2008: Pleasantville, NY 10570) The Kennedy Catholic Gaels volleyball team (Somers, NY), was nudged 3-2 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Pleasantville Panthers (Pleasantville, NY)

The Panthers (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Valhalla (Valhalla, NY). The Vikings enter the non-league challenge with a 1-10 record. In their last challenge, Valhalla was nudged by Dobbs Ferry (Dobbs Ferry, NY), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Gaels encounter the Westlake Wildcats (Thornwood, NY) in a Section 1 Class B - League A challenge, on Friday, October 3. Kennedy Catholic will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Ardsley (Ardsley, NY).
