(December 12, 2007: Orangeburg, NY 10962) Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Tappan Zee Dutchmen (Orangeburg, NY) and the visiting Ossining (Ossining, NY), saw Tappan Zee's basketball squad trounce Ossining by a score of 79-43.

With the victory, Tappan Zee improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Dutchmen travel to Valley Central (Montgomery, NY) to battle the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 14. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Valley Central lost 62-60 in their recent non-league challenge against Port Jervis (Port Jervis, NY)

Next up, the battle the Beacon Bulldogs (Beacon, NY) in a Section 1 II - North challenge, on Tuesday, December 18. Ossining will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 53-44 non-league win over Pine Bush (Pine Bush, NY).
