GAME SUMMARY

New York High School Football - Roosevelt drops to Ketcham

(October 11, 2008: Yonkers, NY 10710) In Saturday's non-league game, the Ketcham Indians (Wappingers Falls, NY) football team knocked off the host Roosevelt Indians (Yonkers, NY), by a final score of 27-12.

The Indians (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Jay (Hopewell Junction, NY). The Patriots come into the Section 1 AA - North game with a 6-0 record. In their last game, Jay toppled Mahopac (Mahopac, NY), 31-17, in a league game.

The Indians now hold a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Rochelle for a Section 1 AA - South game on Saturday, October 18. Roosevelt will battle a Huguenots team coming off a 13-6 league win over Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, NY). The Huguenots record now stands at 5-1.
