(September 29, 2007: Beacon, NY 12508) The Beacon Bulldogs football team (Beacon, NY), was beaten 35-6 in Saturday's league challenge with the visiting Eastchester Eagles (Eastchester, NY)

The Eagles (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Spring Valley (Spring Valley, NY). The Tigers come into the Section 1 A - League B challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Spring Valley achieved victory over Our Lady of Lourdes (Poughkeepsie, NY), 30-29, in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Our Lady of Lourdes for a Section 1 A - League B challenge on Saturday, October 6. Beacon will meet a Warriors team coming off a 30-29 league loss to Spring Valley (Spring Valley, NY). The Warriors record now stands at 1-3.
