GAME SUMMARY
New York High School Volleyball - Tappan Zee over Nyack

(October 6, 2008: Upper Nyack, NY 10960) Tappan Zee Dutchmen (Orangeburg, NY) supporters left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Nyack Indians (Upper Nyack, NY), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Dutchmen clash with the Harrison Huskies (Harrison, NY) in a Section 1 Class A - League C match, on Friday, October 10. Tappan Zee will attempt to advance on its 6-4 season record. The Huskies come into the match with a 5-6 record after their 3-1 league loss to Yonkers (Yonkers, NY).

With the loss, Nyack drops to 5-4 on the campaign. The Indians host Poughkeepsie (Poughkeepsie, NY) to clash with the Pioneers in a non-league match on Tuesday, October 7. The Pioneers come into the match with a record of 1-9. Poughkeepsie lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Ossining (Ossining, NY)
