GAME SUMMARY

New York High School Volleyball - Fox Lane over Brewster

(October 16, 2008: Bedford, NY 10506) The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Fox Lane Foxes (Bedford, NY) and the visiting Brewster Bears (Brewster, NY), saw Fox Lane's volleyball squad beat Brewster by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Fox Lane upgrades its record to 13-3 on the year. The Foxes host Mahopac (Mahopac, NY) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 18. The Indians come into the match with a record of 14-5. Mahopac won 3-0 in their recent league match against Jay (Hopewell Junction, NY)

With the loss, Brewster drops to 6-8 on the campaign. The Bears host Jay (Cross River, NY) to battle the Indians in a Section 1 Class A - League B match on Friday, October 17. The Indians come into the match with a record of 7-5. Jay won 3-0 in their recent league match against Yorktown (Yorktown Heights, NY)
