New York High School Football - Yonkers routed by Our Lady of Lourdes

(September 27, 2008: Poughkeepsie, NY 12603) The Yonkers Bulldogs football team (Yonkers, NY), was ripped 55-6 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Our Lady of Lourdes Warriors (Poughkeepsie, NY)

The Warriors (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Greeley (Chappaqua, NY). The Quakers come into the Section 1 A - North challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Greeley trounced Jay (Cross River, NY), 33-21, in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Port Chester for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 4. Yonkers will meet a Rams team coming off a 6-0 league win over Saunders Trades & Tech (Yonkers, NY). The Rams record now stands at 1-3.
