New York High School Basketball - Suffern winner over Tappan Zee

(December 21, 2007: Orangeburg, NY 10962) The Suffern Mounties (Suffern, NY) basketball knocked off the host Tappan Zee Dutchmen (Orangeburg, NY), 55-43 in Friday's non-league test.

The Mounties (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Pearl River (Pearl River, NY). The Pirates go into the non-league test with a 5-0 record. In their last test, Pearl River topped Magnus (Bardonia, NY), 57-41, in a non-league test.

The Dutchmen now own a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Magnus for a non-league test on Saturday, December 22. Tappan Zee will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 57-41 non-league loss to Pearl River (Pearl River, NY). The Falcons record now stands at 3-1.
