GAME SUMMARY

New York High School Volleyball - Hudson over North Rockland

(October 3, 2008: Thiells, NY 10984) The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Hudson Sailors (Montrose, NY) and the host North Rockland Raiders (Thiells, NY), saw Hudson's volleyball squad beat North Rockland by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Hudson upgrades its record to 10-0 on the year. The Sailors host Ossining (Ossining, NY) to play the in a Section 1 Class A - League A bout on Monday, October 6. The go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Ossining won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Poughkeepsie (Poughkeepsie, NY)

The Raiders now own a 10-2 record. They play next when they host Clarkstown South for a Section 1 Class AA - League B bout on Monday, October 6. North Rockland will play a Vikings squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Clarkstown North (New City, NY). The Vikings record now stands at 5-6.
