GAME SUMMARY

New York High School Volleyball - Yorktown crushed by Fox Lane

(October 6, 2008: Bedford, NY 10506) The Fox Lane Foxes topped the visiting Yorktown Huskers volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Monday's league test.

The Foxes now have a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jay for a Section 1 Class A - League B test on Tuesday, October 7. Fox Lane will confront a Indians team coming off a 3-0 league win over Somers (Lincolndale, NY). The Indians record now stands at 6-3.

The Huskers (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Poughkeepsie (Poughkeepsie, NY). The Pioneers enter the non-league test with a 1-9 record. In their last test, Poughkeepsie was knocked off by Ossining (Ossining, NY), 3-0, in a league test.
