Florida High School Basketball - Carmel winner over Satellite

(December 28, 2007: Satellite Beach, FL 32937) The Carmel Rams (Carmel, NY) basketball knocked off the host Satellite Scorpions (Satellite Beach, FL), 56-46 in Friday's non-league test.

The Rams (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Clarkstown North (New City, NY). The Rams go into the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Clarkstown North topped Nyack (Upper Nyack, NY), 44-36, in a non-league test.

The Scorpions now own a 9-8 record. They take the field next when they host Bayside for a 5A District 13 test on Friday, January 4. Satellite will clash with a Bears squad coming off a 65-49 non-league win over Cocoa (Cocoa, FL). The Bears record now stands at 12-5.
