New York High School Volleyball - Kennedy Catholic tips Sleepy Hollow

(September 11, 2008: Somers, NY 10589) The Kennedy Catholic Gaels (Somers, NY) volleyball tipped the visiting Sleepy Hollow Horsemen (Sleepy Hollow, NY), 3-2 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Gaels (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Croton-Harmon (Croton on Hudson, NY). The Tigers come into the Section 1 Class B - League A battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Croton-Harmon was edged by Westlake (Thornwood, NY), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Horsemen clash with the Putnam Valley Tigers (Putnam Valley, NY) in a non-league battle, on Monday, September 15. Sleepy Hollow will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Tigers come into the battle with a 1-2 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Edgemont (Scarsdale, NY).
