New York High School Volleyball - Tappan Zee over Nyack

(September 16, 2008: Orangeburg, NY 10962) In Tuesday's league contest, the Tappan Zee Dutchmen (Orangeburg, NY) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Nyack Indians (Upper Nyack, NY), by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Dutchmen battle the Harrison Huskies (Harrison, NY) in a Section 1 Class A - League C contest, on Thursday, September 18. Tappan Zee will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Huskies come into the contest with a 3-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Port Chester (Port Chester, NY).

With the loss, Nyack drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Indians host Spring Valley (Spring Valley, NY) to battle the Tigers in a Section 1 Class A - League C contest on Thursday, September 18.
