(December 29, 2007: Pearl River, NY 10965) The Nanuet Golden Knights basketball team (Nanuet, NY), dropped 67-47 in Saturday's league battle with the host Pearl River Pirates (Pearl River, NY)

The Pirates now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Sleepy Hollow for a Section 1 III - C battle on Friday, January 4. Pearl River will battle a Horsemen team coming off a 57-55 non-league loss to Eastchester (Eastchester, NY). The Horsemen record now stands at 5-5.

The Golden Knights (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Yonkers (Yonkers, NY). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Yonkers dropped by Ardsley (Ardsley, NY), 67-64, in a league battle.
