(September 19, 2008: Putnam Valley, NY 10579) The Edgemont Panthers (Scarsdale, NY) football defeated the host Putnam Valley Tigers (Putnam Valley, NY), 21-6 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Panthers face the Ardsley Panthers (Ardsley, NY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, September 27. Edgemont will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 3-0 record after their 28-7 league win over Irvington (Irvington, NY).
