GAME SUMMARY

New York High School Basketball - Haldane over North Salem

(January 30, 2008: North Salem, NY 10560) Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Haldane Blue Devils (Cold Spring, NY) and the host North Salem Tigers (North Salem, NY), saw Haldane's basketball squad knock off North Salem by a score of 60-50.

With the victory, Haldane improves its record to 16-1 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host Pawling (Pawling, NY) to battle the Tigers in a Section 1 IV - C challenge on Friday, February 1. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 5-8. Pawling lost 49-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Somers (Lincolndale, NY)

Next up, the Tigers battle the Eastchester Eagles (Eastchester, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 4. North Salem will attempt to improve on its 12-3 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 1-16 record after their 66-33 league loss to Woodlands (Hartsdale, NY).
