California High School Football - Antioch thwarted by Deer Valley

The Wolverines now sport a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Sacred Heart Cathedral for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 6. Deer Valley will clash with a Fightin' Irish squad coming off a 28-14 non-league win over Salesian (Richmond, CA). The Fightin' Irish record now stands at 4-1.

With the defeat, Antioch moves to 3-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Freedom (Oakley, CA) to clash with the Falcons in a Bay Valley challenge on Friday, October 6. The Falcons go into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Freedom lost 34-12 in their recent league challenge against De La Salle (Concord, CA)
