Louisiana High School Basketball - Beau Chene ripped by Carencro

(December 4, 2007: Arnaudville, LA 70512) The Carencro Bears basketball team scored 80 points and held the host Beau Chene Gators to 54 in the Bears non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bears now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northside for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 6. Carencro will confront a Vikings team coming off a 62-61 non-league loss to More (Lafayette, LA). The Vikings record now stands at 6-2.

The Gators (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Crowley (Crowley, LA). The Gents enter the non-league contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Crowley trounced Hamilton Christian (Lake Charles, LA), 50-36, in a non-league contest.
