GAME SUMMARY
New Jersey High School Basketball - Montgomery overwhelms North Plainfield

(January 12, 2008: Skillman, NJ 08559) Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Montgomery Cougars (Skillman, NJ) and the visiting North Plainfield Canucks (North Plainfield, NJ), saw Montgomery's basketball squad trounce North Plainfield by a score of 77-36.

With the victory, Montgomery improves its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Hamilton East-Steinert (Hamilton, NJ) to meet the Spartans in a non-league battle on Monday, January 14. The Spartans come into the battle with a record of 4-6. Hamilton East-Steinert lost 55-45 in their recent non-league battle against Hamilton West (Hamilton, NJ)

The Canucks (4-6) will now prepare for their battle against Hackettstown (Hackettstown, NJ). The Tigers come into the Skyland - Raritan battle with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, Hackettstown triumphed over Warren Hills Regional (Washington, NJ), 44-42, in a non-league battle.
