(December 11, 2007: Evans, LA 70639) The Pickering Red Devils basketball team scored 72 points and held the host Evans Eagles to 42 in the Red Devils non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Red Devils now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Anacoco for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 13. Pickering will meet a Indians team coming off a 46-37 non-league win over Florien (Florien, LA). The Indians record now stands at 11-9.
The Eagles (4-14) will now prepare for their contest against Hornbeck (Hornbeck, LA). The Hornets enter the B District 5 contest with a 10-9 record. In their last contest, Hornbeck trounced Negreet (Negreet, LA), 55-42, in a non-league contest.
