Louisiana High School Basketball - Grace Christian falls to Elizabeth

(December 11, 2007: Alexandria, LA 71303) The Elizabeth Bulldogs basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Grace Christian Warriors to 60 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 15-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oberlin for a non-league contest on Friday, December 14. Elizabeth will meet a Tigers team coming off a 53-50 non-league win over Reeves (Reeves, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 2-5.

The Warriors (20-7) will now prepare for their contest against St. Joseph's (Plaucheville, LA). The Eagles enter the B District 6 contest with a 0-12 record. In their last contest, St. Joseph's was defeated by Avoyelles (Moreauville, LA), 95-44, in a non-league contest.
