Louisiana High School Basketball - Bolton tipped by Grant

(November 17, 2007: Dry Prong, LA 71423) The Grant Cougars basketball team scored 41 points and held the visiting Bolton Bears to 34 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cougars now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jena for a non-league contest on Monday, November 19. Grant will confront a Giants team coming off a 73-53 non-league win over LaSalle (Olla, LA). The Giants record now stands at 2-2.

The Bears (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Merryville (Merryville, LA). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
