Louisiana High School Basketball - Florien can't hold off Oak Hill
(November 13, 2007: Florien, LA 71429) The Oak Hill Rams basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Florien Blackcats to 47 in the Rams non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Rams now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Simpson for a non-league contest on Friday, November 16. Oak Hill will meet a Broncos team coming off a 46-36 non-league win over Northwood (Lena, LA). The Broncos record now stands at 12-3.
The Blackcats (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Hornbeck (Hornbeck, LA). The Hornets enter the non-league contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Hornbeck was nudged by Westlake (Westlake, LA), 59-44, in a non-league contest.
