Illinois High School Basketball - De La Salle nudges Hales Franciscan
(January 18, 2008: Chicago, IL 60616) In Friday's league outing, the De La Salle Meteors (Chicago, IL) basketball squad edged the visiting Hales Franciscan Spartans (Chicago, IL), by a margin of 62-59.
The Meteors (15-3) will now prepare for their outing against Seton Academy (South Holland, IL). The Sting go into the Chicago Catholic - South outing with a 12-8 record. In their last outing, Seton Academy was tipped by Rich East (Park Forest, IL), 94-86, in a non-league outing.
