(December 27, 2007: Lockport, IL 60441) The Lockport Porters (Lockport, IL) basketball felled the visiting Jacksonville Crimsons (Jacksonville, IL), 47-38 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Porters (8-0) will now prepare for their test against United (East Moline, IL). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, United defeated Curie (Chicago, IL), 52-49, in a non-league test.
The Crimsons now own a 5-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Schaumburg for a non-league test on Friday, December 28. Jacksonville will clash with a Saxons squad coming off a 67-57 non-league loss to Manual (Peoria, IL). The Saxons record now stands at 9-4.
