Illinois High School Basketball - Glenbrook North thwarts Hinsdale Central
(February 12, 2008: Hinsdale, IL 60521) The Glenbrook North Spartans (Northbrook, IL) basketball felled the host Hinsdale Central Red Devils (Hinsdale, IL), 73-64 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Spartans (18-5) will now prepare for their test against Maine West (Des Plaines, IL). The Warriors go into the Central Suburban - North test with a 8-17 record. In their last test, Maine West defeated Maine East (Park Ridge, IL), 61-54, in a league test.
The Red Devils now own a 14-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to York for a West Suburban - Silver test on Thursday, February 14.
