Illinois High School Basketball - Farragut thwarts West Side
(December 5, 2007: Chicago, IL 60623) The Farragut Admirals (Chicago, IL) basketball felled the visiting West Side Cougars (Gary, IN), 59-47 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Admirals (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Hales Franciscan (Chicago, IL). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Hales Franciscan went down by Oak Hill Academy (Mouth of Wilson, VA), 83-62, in a non-league test.
The Cougars now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Howe for a non-league test on Saturday, December 22.
