The Spartans now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mt. Carmel for a non-league contest on Friday, January 4. Hales Franciscan will meet a Aces team coming off a 72-44 non-league win over Lawrenceville (Lawrenceville, IL). The Aces record now stands at 13-7.
The Blazing Trojan (11-5) will now prepare for their contest against Rich Central (Olympia Fields, IL). The Olympians enter the SICA - South contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, Rich Central was defeated by Thornton (Harvey, IL), 83-77, in a non-league contest.
