MaxPreps, Inc. Janoski Named Master Photographer in Tennessee CAMERON PARK, Calif. --- Randy Janoski, who covers college and professional sports on a regular basis as a freelance photographer, has been named a MaxPreps Master Photographer for Tennessee. Janoski has been a member of the MaxPreps Photographers' Network since the fall of 2005 and covered a few football games for MaxPreps before an assignment took him out of the country for the remainder of the high school football season. "We're very excited to add Randy to the MaxPreps team," MaxPreps Director of Photography Todd Shurtleff said. "Randy has years of experience as a photojournalist and he will play a vital role as we expand our photo coverage of high school sports in Tennessee." Besides covering games for MaxPreps, Janoski's duties will include recruiting photographers in Tennessee as well as helping coordinate photo coverage in that state. "I'm excited with the rapid growth of MaxPreps," Janoski said. "I feel MaxPreps will become the dominate news source of high school athletics and I'm looking forward to a great relationship." Janoski has worked out of both Nashville, Tenn., and Washington, D.C., as a professional photographer for over 25 years. Janoski's images have appeared in many major magazines and newspapers around the globe. Among the clients Janoski's work has been published by include: Agence France Presse, Getty Images, The Sporting News, UPI, Vanity Fair, CBS Sports, United States Olympic Committee, and Newsweek. He is the Associate Director of Region 6 for the National Press Photographers Association (NPPA) and he is also a member of SportsShooter.com.
