Junior, Amy Lynn, had an amazing game up front for Prospect. The scored was tied 0-0 at the half. Lincoln started with the kickoff in the 2nd half and Amy Lynn went right in on a breakaway that was saved by the Lions keeper. Less than a minute later, Amy received a pass off a free kick from her twin sister, Lisa, cut back and buried the shot in the back of the net. Amy continued to pound the net while her teammates continued to distribute the ball to her. About 8 minutes after her first goal, she took a pass from junior, Kate Hickman, and hit the back of the net again. Prospect's total team performance showed up once again as they amassed their 6th straight shutout. The team defense by all 11 players on the field was terrific. The outside midfielders had a tremendous game as they rotated in and out to stay fresh. Seniors, Hannah Lighthouse, Caeley Endo, Amanda Marques, Lauren D'Amico (captain), junior, Jensen Rocha, and sophomore Alexa Cardenas all worked all game.
Amy Lynn took a great cross in the first half from senior captain, Lauren D'Amico and finished it in the back of the net. Prospect would later give up a goal in the 2nd half but
ended with a 1-1 tie which guaranteed them a spot in the CCS playoffs.
