Congratulations to #18 Cheyne HAUSMANINGER who was selected as the Varsity Soccer (13-14) Player of the Game.
Cheyne is having the breakout season of his three year varsity career and against, Redwood, it all came together. He scored two goals and added an assist in the Southern California High School Classic Premier bracket match. Cheyne is playing the target position very well and doing a great job of involving his teammates in the attacking sequences he takes part in. His overall performance in this match against Redwood was impressive, and at a very high technical level.
Two Player of the Game awards in a row...Way to go Cheyne!
Cheyne's outstanding season continues! In perhaps the most important game of the first half of league, senior forward Cheyne Hausmaninger was spectacular in his to goal effort scoring both in the second half to lead the Pirates to a draw with Orange Glen.
Cheyne scored a crafty goal in the first half and added an insurance goal in the second against a hard-working Valley Center team to help the Pirates earn the win!
Cheyne scored the game winner and continued his consistently solid play in this Southern California High School Classic Premier pool play match. Cheyne was a force up top for the Pirates, and did well without the ball in support of his teams' defensive effort to help Goalkeeper Roy Sarmiento earn the shutout.
