Athlete Notes
Lemming Notes: You would have a good argument calling Mr. Seastrunk the #1 running back in the country. He showed us great performance down in San Antonio in which he blew away the competition. You could say that Laché is on his way to becoming a game breaking back in college ball.
On Film–He shows tremendous speed, vision, agility, balance, and surprising strength. More of a slasher, he's an all-purpose back who can run, catch, and when called upon block. When watching him on film he shows that he has the innate ability to never take a direct hit. He accelerates to full speed quickly, can cut on a dime, and can change directions in the blink of an eye. Explosive should be his middle name. He can create in the open field and like no other back in the country, because of his blazing speed, he is a threat to go all the way on every carry. He's the closest player talent-wise I've seen to Reggie Bush in the past five years.
Stats–Rushed for 1,560 yds and 19 TDs averaging 10 yds per carry in '08. He also averaged 45 yds in kickoff returns and has proven to be a great receiver.
Other Sports–He's been timed in a 10.33 100 meters and has long jumped 21' 8" in track. He also averages 15 pts a game as a shooting guard in basketball.
Grades–His GPA is 3.0.
Favorite Schools–His family is from Louisiana so LSU has to be considered the front runner. However, keep an eye on USC, OR, FL, AUBURN, NC, UCLA, TX A&M, TX, and OK.
