Recruiting Notes:
Tom Lemming; shows the arm strength, accuracy, leadership skills, and footwork needed to be effective at the next level. He stands upright in the pocket, has a nice over the top delivery, can get rid of the ball in a hurry, does a good job of reacting to pressure, and can accurately throw the ball while on the rollout. He really improved the second half of last season and big things are expected of him in 2012.
