Leming Notes: Still another explosive WR with good hands and great leaping ability.
On Film–#8 is a fairly physical receiver. Very athletic, he shows strong hands, deceptive speed, good zone awareness, and he makes easy adjustments to off target throws. And he can trap the deep ball with ease. He is also a hard hitter on defense, he can turn his hips, and excels in pass coverage. Very impressive in the open field.
Stats–Caught 50 passes for 921 yds and 9 TDs averaging 18 yds per catch as a junior. He totaled 80 tackles, 3 picks, 4 caused fumbles and 11 passes broken up at CB. His coach believes he'll be an impact player at the next level and I concur.
Grades–His GPA is 3.2. Benches 275 and has a 37" VJ.
Favorite Schools–CAL, UCLA, AZ, AZ STATE, USC, FL, OR, TN, WA, NOTRE DAME, and OK.

Senior Anthony Jefferson just keeps pushing his way through double and sometimes triple coverage and collects his stats. This time around he caught 9 passes for 125 Yds and 1 TD on the air. Jefferson now has 17 total TDs for the year and has scored a total of 126 points for the Phantoms.

Week of 9/27/2009
Senior Anthony Jefferson continues to challenge other Cathedral players for the title of best receiver on the Phantom roster. Jefferson caught 5 passes for 173 Yds with 1 TD and while drawing double and triple team defensive schemes from the Eagles opened the door for other Phantom receivers. Overall, 7 receivers caught passes from Olson, making this one of the most dangerous Phantom teams in recent years.
