Tom Lemming; Joe plays ILB and plays it with a passion. He does a good job of shedding blockers, reading offenses, and shooting gaps. He hustles to the ball on every down and has a superior football IQ. Plays ILB with great instincts and he can run and hit with the best of them. Also known for his ability to blitz.
