Athlete Notes
Lemming Notes: He thinks he is the #1 big back in the country.
On Film–He really proves to be a powerful runner who possesses all-the-way kind of speed. He makes quick cuts and shows the kind speed, strength, and burst needed to turn the corner on a consistent basis. However, I believe the key to his game is his ability to break tackles. A very powerful runner with good instincts, he gets a good percentage of his yards after initial contact. Difficult to bring down because of his size, power, and moves, I was exceptionally impressed in the state championship game in which he has 38 carries for 305 yds and seemed to get stronger as the game progressed. The Thunders had to gang tackle him to bring him down. He knows how to lower his shoulders to ram for extra yards. He also has the vision, balance, cutting ability, and most of all, burst to take it to the house. The opposition couldn't contain him during most of his junior season games as he proved to be a difference maker and an impact back that should become an immediate contributor as a true freshman.
Stats–Carried the ball 303 times for 2,314 yds and 30 TDs averaging 8 yds per carry and was named by one source as National Junior of the Year.
Grades–His GPA is around 3.0. Benches 270 and has a remarkable 39" VJ.
Favorite Schools–AL, GA, USC, NC, DUKE, MD, FSU, CLEMSON, SC, MI, AUBURN, and PENN STATE.
