Tom Lemming; Joe is a hardnosed and tough OG who explodes off the line, keeps his pads low, and dominates the point of attack. He does a great job of sustaining his blocks and keeping his feet moving until the whistle. Best suited to play either guard or center in college. A determined, technically sound OL.
