Penn Wood returns to Xcellent 25

After losing three games at the City of Palms Classic in December, Tyree Johnson and Penn Wood (Lansdowne, Pa.) have rattled off 14 wins in a row to earn a spot in this week's Xcellent 25 Boys Basketball Rankings presented by the National Guard.
