Kevin Olsen, Wayne Hills

Coveted quarterback Kevin Olsen has Top 5 list of colleges, according to a report.

The Bergen Record reported Wednesday that the 6-foot-3, 195-pound signal caller from Wayne Hills (Wayne, N.J.) has trimmed his list to Miami, Auburn, South Carolina, Wisconsin and Alabama.

The No. 37 overall recruit has been very busy this spring. In addition to make numerous visits since the 2011 season ended, as well as appearing on CBS Sports Network on National Signing Day, Olsen turned in a fine performance recently at the NYC Elite 11.

Miami has long been considered the favorite. However, a source recently told MaxPreps that Michigan State could be a sleeper team to watch.

With the commitment of Connor Mitch to South Carolina, it seems that the Gamecocks might be an unlikely destination for Olsen.

Olsen has made it clear that he wants to play in a pro-style offense, which could work in the favor of Alabama and Wisconsin.

Interestingly, Alabama and Auburn are both still in the hunt for another top 100 quarterback in Cooper Bateman.

Olsen and Bateman are two of the top uncommitted quarterbacks remaining, so one's decision could impact the other.

There does not appear to be a time table on Olsen's decision.
