Covering High School Sports in America
As the calendar turns toward March, there is still a full month of madness in store for basketball fans.

On Tuesday night, a high school basketball game in South Dakota had an ending that rivals the best on the college level.

With the score knotted 50-50, Yankton (S.D.) was holding the ball for one final shot and a chance to win the game.

With four seconds remaining, Nermin Krdzalic stole the ball for Lincoln (Sioux Falls, S.D.), and with barely a second remaining, heaved a shot from half court.

It banked off the backboard and went in, giving Sioux Falls Lincoln an improbable 53-50 victory and caused a wild celebration to erupt on the court.
