No. 93 recruit Josh Harvey-Clemons signs with Georgia

Josh Harvey-Clemons, the No. 93 recruit in the county, signed a national letter of intent to Georgia on Wednesday morning.

The 6-foot-5, 225-pound outside linebacker from Lowdnes (Ga.) is the No. 1 prospect in South Georgia, according to CBS/MaxPreps recruiting expert Tom Lemming.

"He is a world beater and a difference maker, particularly on the defensive side of the ball," Lemming said.

Harvey-Clemons is also a receiver and can even play quarterback.

"He just shows great instincts," Lemming said. "At outside linebacker he covers a lot of ground. He has a good frame and will add weight and strength in college."

All of his finalist could use a boost in the national recruiting rankings.
