The previous state record was held by Minnesota Transitions (Minneapolis, Minn.)
during a 156-31 victory in 2007.
According to the Minneapolis Star Tribune, charter schools hold Minnesota's top six single-game scoring records - four by Minnesota Transitions. Minnesota Transitions twice has scored over 100 points in a single half.
The 165 points rank No. 10 in history, according to the National High School Sports Record Book. The record is 211 points, which was set by De Quincy (Grand Avenue, La.) in 1964.
