Montravius Adams, Dooly County

Montravius Adams, the nation's No. 10 recruit according to, committed to Auburn in a nationally-televised ceremony at his school this morning.

He selected the Tigers over Georgia and Clemson.

Auburn did not appear to be a major player for Adams until he took an official visit there over the weekend.

The 6-foot-4, 310-pound Adams helped lead Dooly County (Vienna, Ga.) to the Class A state title game in the fall.

He's helped make it a big day for Auburn. Earlier in the day, the Tigers flipped Elijah Daniel from Ole Miss.
