The Central Catholic (Portland, Ore.) JV football team was forced to evacuate its team bus Thursday when it caught fire in the middle of the team's trip to play Sheldon (Eugene, Ore.) at Hillsboro Stadium.

The teams were scheduled for a 6:30 p.m. kickoff, but instead the Central Catholic team was left stranded by the side of the road due to the surprising fire.

According to KATU.com, everyone on the bus made it to safety, and there are no reported injuries. As of 5:30 p.m., the team was waiting for another bus to get them to the game.
