Bellevue (Bellevue, Wash.) youth football player Jahlen Jack, a seventh-grader, received an unofficial scholarship offer from Vanderbilt, according to the team's Twitter account.

The 5-foot-6, 125-pound Jack is the younger brother of Class of 2013 recruit and UCLA signee Myles Jack.

Jack is the youngest non-quarterback to receive a scholarship offer. David Sills, a rising junior, was offered and committed to USC as a seventh grader in 2010.

Earlier this spring, MaxPreps reported that seventh-grade athlete Tyreke Johnson migh be offered before this summer. Jack, who also runs track, beat him to the punch.

Jack's highlights can be seen here.

Bellevue has a wealth of young talent in its program. As many as seven current freshmen could see significant action next fall as sophomores.
