West Deptford (Westville, N.J.) two-way lineman Jamil Pollard has committed to Penn State - again.

Jamil Pollard, West Deptford

The 6-foot-5, 280-pound Pollard gave his verbal commitment to the Nittany Lions for the second time this year, according to the Courier-Post.

Pollard is the first recruit to commit to Penn State since the Jerry Sandusky scandal became public. He chose Penn State over Boston College. Tom Lemming ranks Pollard as the nation's No. 10 defensive tackle.

Pollard originally committed to Penn State in the spring, but then decommitted in July due to academic reasons. According to the Courier-Post, Pollard now fully expects to qualify academically.
