Quincy Miller, a 6-foot-8 forward rated No. 9 in the class of 2011 by MaxPreps, is in San Antonio practicing with the United States' U18 team in preparation for the FIBA Americas Championship later this month.
Miller, who is transferring from Quality Education Academy (Winston-Salem, N.C.) to Westchester Academy (High Point, N.C.) next fall, spoke with The Advocate-Messenger of Danville, Ky., this week and had plenty of recruiting insight to offer.
"I am in no rush to pick a school," Miller told Larry Vaught of The Advocate-Messenger. "I want to take my time and enjoy the process. I won’t rush to make a college decision. That’s why I don’t have a list of schools right now. I am focusing on playing basketball and getting better."
