Leon McQuay III
, the nation's No. 35 recruit according to 247Sports, committed to USC.
McQuay made the announcement live on ESPN during the Under Armor All-American Game.
The 6-foot-2, 195-pound McQuay has been an impact player for Armwood (Seffner, Fla.)
for three seasons.
McQuay chose USC over numerous offers, including Florida State, Vanderbilt and Florida. His commitment to USC comes at a crucial time, as the Trojans have seen other recruits defect in the wake up of a disappoint season in which the Trojans finished 7-6.
