The junior women's all-around title was captured by Lexie Priessman, a rising sophomore from Cincinnati, Ohio. She totaled 116.400 points. She also won floor exercise (29.800), with seconds on vault (31.350) and uneven bars (28.550).

Priessman told Leslie King of USA Gymnastics, "It feels great to win the Visa Championships. Knowing that I started out with a fall on beam today obviously wasn't the greatest feeling, but I used that as motivation on the other three events. This does a lot for my confidence, especially moving up to the seniors next year."
