Covering High School Sports in America
How does a budding sports star know when he's finally arrived on the national scene?

Perhaps when he has a Wikipedia page as a junior in high school.

That's the reality facing Grayson (Loganville, Ga.) defensive end Robert Nkemdiche, the 6-foot-5, 270-pound phenom defensive end who led Grayson to an undefeated, state title-winning season in 2011, and is regarded as one of the top recruits ever.

Nkemdiche was a U.S. Air Force All-American as a sophomore, but has garnered numerous other awards and distinctions since then.

However, having a page on Wikipedia may take the cake.

"I kind of think it's cool I have I have a Wikipedia page," Nkemdiche tweeted on Friday.

The Wikipedia page was first created on February 4, three days after National Signing Day, when coaches and fans shifted their attention to the class of 2013.

In addition to Nkemdiche's football accomplishments, the page details his family and describes his parents' journey to the United States from Nigeria.
